Liability Waiver & Release

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP OR VISITING BEER CAN ISLAND.

1. Assumption of Risk

Visiting Pine Key (Beer Can Island) involves inherent risks including swimming, boating, waterslides, uneven terrain, sun/heat exposure, tiki bar activities, and boat transport.

2. Release of Liability

I release Pine Key TampaBay LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from all liability for loss, injury, or death sustained on the premises or during activities.

3. Indemnification

I agree to hold Pine Key TampaBay LLC harmless from any costs arising from my presence or participation.

4. Medical Authorization

I authorize emergency medical treatment if incapacitated and accept financial responsibility.

5. Rules

I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

6. Photography

I grant permission for photos/videos taken of me to be used for promotional purposes.

7. Governing Law

This waiver is governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in Hillsborough County.

8. Acknowledgment

By signing up or checking "I Agree," I confirm I have read and accept this waiver.
